About Me

Born and raised in Ecuador, at 18 yrs old left my country to study abroad and never went back! On my journey I fell in love in Switzerland to Stephan my adventurous and loving husband. Together we have lived in five continents and have four adult daughters and a grandson.

We married 31 years ago in love and a dream, with no money, no house and no job! People always asked me how we made it through, coming from so different cultural backgrounds. Yes! with two very different upbringings we have had our ups and downs and had to learn the hard way how to make it together, mostly through trial and error and flying by the seat of our pants. We wish we had tools and guidance to help us navigate those years more smoothly and avoid disconnection!

I have always been intrigued and curious about how we humans relate to each other, and specially couples! I know for sure that no one gets in a relationship to be miserable and live a boring and mediocre life! But no one ever taught us how to build a thriving relationship.

The lack of relational tools brings so much disconnection that leads to broken families and heartbroken kids. I am

committed to equip couples with tools that will change their dynamics, awareness and life. My passion is to change the world; one couple at a time!

I have been fortunate to learn and study in person with leading pioneers in the field of relationships like the Gottmans, the Hendricks, the Parrots, Cloé Madanes, Tony Robbins, Terry Real and others. I have created my relational tool kit getting inspired by proven and modern methods learned and most important by modeling and practicing the tools in my own relationship with my husband. Making our relationship our laboratory for growth.
